King Nemirat wondered which one was more fruitful between giving alms and observing the precepts. After mid-night on a full-moon day, God Indra came to meet the king in his bedroom and told him that observing the precepts was more fruitful. However, he should not be careless in his actions but continue giving alms while observing the precepts.
