The text is about Paramattha-dhamma (ultimate realities) which consists of 4 categories:
1) Citta: consciousness
2) Cetasika: mental factors
3) Rūpa: matter, corporeality
4) Nibbāna: Nirvana

Folio 24 on the recto side: In Cula-sakkarat 125 one (corresponding to CS 1251), a kat pao year, on the ninth day of the waxing moon of the third [lunar] month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), at the time of the morning drum (7:30–9:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Chao Khamvaen had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Maha Bualaphantha to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5 thousand years. May the benefits derived from this merit support Sathu Nyai Hò Kham Fai Na (the Great Royal Front Officer) who was my royal father. May I reach the three stages of happiness with the Nirvana as the ultimate goal. Sādhu sādhu anumodāmi. (Amen! Amen!, I rejoice).
