The text is about Paramattha-dhamma (ultimate realities) which consists of 4 categories:
1). Citta: consciousness
2). Cetasika: mental factors
3). Rūpa: matter, corporeality
4). Nibbāna: Nirvana

Folio 17 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 1252, a kat pao year, on the fourteenth day of the waxing moon of the tenth [lunar] month, the seventh day of the week (Saturday), exactly at 12:00 o’clock, the writing of this manuscript was finished. The Teachings of the Buddha is always bright. Pha Khanan Khattiyapanya had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Bualaphantha to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May the benefits derived from this merit support me in this life and other lives. May I reach the three stages of happiness with the Nirvana as the ultimate goal. May my wishes not be ignored. Nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (Nirvana is the greatest bliss definitely). Sādhu sādhu anumodāmi. (Well! We say amen).
