Description of manuscript content:
King Brahmadata ruled Benares and ordered Prince Nanda Kumara to find three royal daughters in the Himma-phan Forest, 70 kilometres away. When the prince met Princess Malika, he fell in love with her and they got married.

Folio 26 on the recto side: In Cula-skkarat (CS) 1243, a huang sai year, on the second day of the waxing moon of the twelfth [lunar] month, the second day of the week (Monday), a hap mao day, at the time of the sunset drum (13:30–15:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Chao-Mòm Phò Achan Thòngdi had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of these manuscript fascicles entitled Lam Malika to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5 thousand years. May my wishes and desires be fulfilled. Sādhu sādhu nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ niccaṃ (Well! Nirvana is the greatest bliss, certainly).
