The text describes a previous existence of Bhimbha Bhikkhuni or Bhaddā-kaccānā Theri who was born as a princess named Amittārājaditā. The Bodhisatta was born as a gopāla (cow boy). When the prince was 16 years old, he wanted marriage. They had fallen in love with each other at their first sight at a festival. Later they got married.

Folio 24 on the recto side: In Cula-sakkarat (CS) 1202, a kot chai year, on the twelfth day of the waning moon of the fourth [lunar] month, at noon (10:30–12:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Xiang (ex-novice) Phomma had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manu-script entitled Phimpha Theri to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5 thousand years. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ. (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, certainly).
