The manuscript is an inheritance of the custodians of Mushalla Syaikh Abd al-Manan, Paoman Village, Indramayu. The first part of the text is provided with marginal glosses and the rest with interlinear glosses in Javanese. The main text is written with the use of diacritics, the interlinear glosses is not.
