This scroll manuscript made of tree bark paper contains two texts. The first is a story of the creation of Adam in heaven and his life there, events that happened when he was made to live on earth, the origins of the creation of the world and of the obligatory daily Islamic prayers and the fast etc. It also contains the genealogy of the kings of Cirebon starting with the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad such as Sultan Sepuh and Sultan Anom and their family tree up to Pangeran Kidang. The manuscript continues with mantras and prayers before it returns to the genealogy of Kabuyutan starting with Ratu Galuh and her descendants.
