Description of manuscript content:
While residing in the Tavatimsa Heaven, the Buddha was asked for help by a Devaputta named Supatitthita who learned from his friend that he would die within seven days and be admitted to hell and then would become various kinds of animals and be disabled, for 500 incarnations for each kind. The Buddha gave him a sermon describing the bad Karma (bad deeds) from his previous lives. In order to ensure that he would be in heaven for a long time, the Buddha advised him to learn and recite a special spell named Unhassavijaya and because of its power, Supatithita has not left heaven until the present.
