Description of manuscript content:
While the Buddha was dwelling in the Jetavanna Monastery in Savatthi, Sariputta Thera questioned him about the merit to be derived from producing the manuscripts of the Teachings of the Buddha. The Buddha delivered a sermon describing the merit derived from making the manuscripts. The ones who had the ardent religious faith to write or produce the manuscripts of the Teachings of the Buddha would become emperors and Indra for many existences.
