At the beginning is a list of the herbal recipes inluding: (1) tamba bocah ngising gĕtih (medicine for a child who has blood in its stool), (2) tamba raré mĕjĕn (medicine for children who have trouble defecating), (3) tamba cacing (medicine against intestinal worms), (4) sarat dhuwé anak (medicine to get children), (5) tamba panas (medicine against fever), (6) tamba mĕtokakĕn gĕti(h) saking jungur (medicine to enable a person to remove blood from the mouth).
Other notes:
The covers have disappeared, together with some pages at the beginning and the end. The binding is in bad condition and many pages have become loose. The paper is also in a bad condition. The text is well readable.
