The manuscript contains parts of the Qur’an and includes Surat Ya-Sin or Surat 36 and ends with the 22nd juz. On the first page is Surat Ya-Sin from verse 1 to verse 14 where it stops at the word “fa’azazna”. The page continues with verse 28h and ends with verse 29 at the word “wahida”.

The paper is moulded and this seems to be part of a larger manuscript.
