The manuscript deals with Arabic syntax (naḥw). The text starts with pronouns (ḍamīr).

Other notes:

The text suffers badly from ink corrosion. Most of the Arabic script does not use diacritics. The text has interlinear and marginal glosses and notes, some up-side-down. The manuscript is incomplete as pages at the beginning and at the end are missing. The paper suffers from water damage.
