Folio 33 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1332, on the twelfth waning day of the tenth [lunar] month, on Sunday, a kot set day, the writing [of this manuscript] was finished at the time of the morning drum (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). Sathu Phò Nyai Budda from Vat That Noi (Vat Maha That) had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Rasa sut (Rāja Sutta) to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May all my wishes and desires come true to last until I enter Nirvāna. Nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ niccaṃ dhuvaṃ. Idaṃ me dhamma dānaṃ asavak khayavahaṃ nibbānaaṃ hontu (Nirvāna is the greatest bliss, constantly, certainly. May my Dhamma gifts be a condition for me to obtain the extinction of defilements and reach Nirvāna). The gift of the Dhamma excels all other gifts.
