The story of Sakung stupa. In the Buddha’s time, the Lord Buddha gave his eight hairs to two brother merchants. They received the hairs with most pleasure. Then they built a stupa on Si Khutara Mount for enshrining the Buddha’s relics of hairs in order to human and divine beings to pay respect and worship.
