Description of manuscript content:
King Suvannaphomma gave his teaching to his ministers. He created his city as a developed kingdom. For examples, he pointed his fore finger to the ground, the soil became gold, silver and other elements. The king gave a name to his king as Suvannaphomma kingdom, and build a monastery for a private Buddha.
