Thao Saeng Moeng received the ring from Princess Suvanna Kiangkham. He was very happy and reported his parents. His father sent a group of ministers to Khemarattha kingdom with offerings in order to King Sirivangso and request for the wedding ceremony for Thao Saeng Moeng with Princess Suvanna Kiangkham. The king was pleased to receive the offerings and agreed with their request.
