Folio 30 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat 1 hundred 902 (corresponding with CS 1192), a kot nyi year, on the third waning day of the first [lunar] month, the sixth day of the week (Friday), the writing [of this manuscript] was finished at noon. Nang Phia Chapan had the religious faith to sponsor the making of [this manuscript entitled] Santipatthan (Satipatthāna, Setting up of Mindfulness) to support the Teachings of the Buddha. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvāna, certainly).
