Once the Buddha was dwelling in Kapilavatthu, the Buddha delivered a sermon to his disciples and described about Dāna – alms-giving and Sīla - morality. The results of alms-giving and observing precepts depend on the practitioners. If the ones who wish to gain lokiya (mundane) such as kingship, millionaires, wealthy people, Indra, Brahma, emperors. Their wishes are regarded as carelessness because of following with the ones graving. If they wish to gain lokuttara (supramundane) such as Nirvana, then they are regarded as carefulness.

Folio 32 on the recto side: In BE 2482, a kat mao year, on the second waning day of the third [lunar] month, the first day of the week (Sunday), the writing [of this manuscript] was finished at 2.00 o’clock. Sao (Mrs.) Thi was the principal initiator and with her children jointly sponsored the making of this manuscript entitled Maha Munlanipphan to dedicate it to her husband named Thit (ex-monk) La who died and passed to the other world. May the merit of making this manuscript support him and move him to a good place. Even if he is already in a good place he should move to an even better place. May he enjoy happiness numerous times more than previously. Niccaṃ dhuvaṃ nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukkaṃ (Nirvāna is the greatest bliss, constantly and certainly).
