Description of manuscript content:
Phra Malai at the Culamani Stupa in Tavatimsa heaven, where the relics of the Buddha have been installed. Venerable had seen a number of one hundred thousand deities who came to pay respect to the stupa. Especially, Venerable conversed with Metteyya and asked him on how to practice in order to be born in his era. Metteyya’s advice as following: 1. to abstain from killing and hit one's parents, ordained persons and hermits. 2. to abstain from causing a Buddha to bleed and causing schism in the order. 3. to complete the listening to the preaching of Vessantara Jataka within one day.
