Description of manuscript content:
Suvannasam or Suvann Sama is the third last birth of the Bodhisatta. The story describes Suvanna Sama who is the devoted son looked after his blind parents in the forest. As he is loving-kindness and good wishes to others. All the animals love him and follow him as friends. One day, Suvanna Sama is shot by an arrow in his side by King Piliyakka. The king informs the parents of Suvaan Sama of their son’s death. With the virtues of Suvanna Sama and the love of his parents, finally he backs to life.
