Description of manuscript content:
King Sanchai of Siphi had a Queen named Phusadi. Before the queen’s reincarnation, she requested ten blessings from God Indra, such as, getting rebirth in Siphi city, having gorgeous eyes like a hog deer, having dark and thick eyebrows, being named as Phusadi, having a son endowed with great wisdom, having a small belly during pregnancy, having tight breasts, having clear skin and being able to give amnesty to prisoners with death penalty. She was later born with all the characteristics she had requested.

ข้าพเจ้าเณรหมื่น ได้เทสสนาเมื่อเดือนเจียงเพง เมื่อ ภอสอ ๒๔๘๔ เดือนไธนี้โทงกับเดือนถุลาคม I, Nen (novice) Mün, gave the sermon on the fifteenth waxing day of the first lunar month, BE 2484, corresponding to October in Siam. Remark: This date corresponds to 5 October 1941 (1303 Asvina 15).
