ปริปุณณํ แล้วเวลา ๑๐ นาฬิกา กอยล่วงวันอาทิตย์ ๑๒ ออก ๑๐ ค่ำ พ.ส. ๒๔๗๑ นามปัญญัตติ พระคำสาน ปางสฐิตอยู่วัดภูมมินทร์ วันนั้นแล นิพพาน ปจโย โหนฺตุ โน นิจฺจํ ธุวํ ธุวํ จุ่งนักเทอะ I finished the writing completely at 10 o’clock on a Sunday, in the twelfth [lunar month], on the tenth waxing day, BE 2471*. [My] name was Phra Kham San Pang. I wrote when I stayed at Wat Phumin. Nibbhāna pacayo hontuno niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ. * Note: The date above is equivalent to 24 September 1928 which, however, was a Monday.
