สระเด็จแล้ววันเดือน ๑๐ แรมสี่ฅ่ำ วันจันท์ โทงกับวันธี่ ๓๑ กรกฎาฅม ภ.ศ. ๒๕๐๔ เวลา ๑๔:๕๐ นาริกา บ่าย ๒:๕๐ เนอ ปถมมุลลสัธาแม่แก้ว ถวายเป็นทานไว้ไพพายหน้า เจ้าขอเถิงสุข ๓ ประการ มีนิพพานเจ้าเป็นยอด จิ่มเทอะ ภส ๒๕๐๔ [The writing] was finished completely in the tenth [lunar] month, on the fourth day of the waning moon, on a Monday – corresponds to 31 July 1961 – at 14: 50 hour (afternoon 2:50). Mae Kaew was the first of faith of this text. Making merit for the future, I wished for the three kinds of happiness, with Nirvana as really the supreme one. AD 1961.
