The manuscript is an astrological textbook explaining auspicious times and predictions, such as the days of journeys, directions and different positions of luck and misfortune related to house construction for people of different birth years, fortune-telling divination related to different birth years, auspicious times of the seven weekdays, astrological beliefs and rites of house construction, calculation tables for multiplication of numbers, criteria for prices of goods, prayers for eliminating misfortune, on auspicious days (five occasions), rituals and prayers for the curing of bad luck.
