Description of manuscript content:
Item/ text 1: A Brahmin couple had no children and begged for a child. God Indra owed them and felt an obligation to the Brahmin couple. Therefore, he was sympathetic to them and decided to reincarnate to be their son. After his age of twenty, the son died and got back to heaven as God Indra. The couple was in great sorrow. God Indra felt pity for them and transformed himself into a man to talk with his previous parents. He revealed his previous status and taught them to make merit in expectation of a new rebirth in heaven. He also brought his previous father to inspect the heaven. After his return to the human world, he persuaded people to make donations, follow the Buddhist Precepts and do meditation; so that they could reincarnate in heaven like his previous son.
