Single fascicle of Nu Phueak (The story of a white rat). The content tells about the Buddha’s time, while the Buddha was dwelling at Nigrodha monastery in Kapilavatthu city, the Buddha mentioned about a white rat that was white like a conch and his body hairs soft like cotton wool. The rat named Dhammusika who regularly came to listen to the Dhamma preaching and observe precepts. Once a millionaire came and played with the rat. Sometimes he caught it and sometimes patted its head. The rat thought that the millionaire was playing with me while I was observing precepts, it is improper, he might make sin. Then the rat talked to the millionaire about his thoughts. It made the millionaire angry and killed the rat.
