Description of manuscript content:
Single fascicle of Nu Kham (The story of a golden rat). The content tells about the Buddha’s time, while the Buddha was dwelling in a Visura cave in Kosambi city, the Buddha mentioned about a poverty man whom he helped and became very prosperous. Then the Buddha told a story of his previous life. Once the Bodhisatta was born as a golden rat and caught by a hunter. Later, a poor couple bought the rat from the hunter and looked after it in their house. Then the rat gave them many belongings and they became rich with wealth.
