The text was written in Pali and is used by monks to recite during the organizing of the consecration of the assembly hall boundary for the new temple hall.

ລານທີ່ 22 ໜ້າ 2: ຕົວບໍ່ງາມທໍ່ໃດແລ ເຈົ້າມ່ອມ ສາທຸ ອ້າຍຈົວເຮີຍ, ຢ່າຫົວຂວັນຂະນ້ອຍແດ່ທ້ອນ ຕົກແລະບໍ່ພໍຂໍເມດຕາເອົາຫຼາຍໆແດ່ທ້ອນ. ຈຸນລະສັງກາດຣາຊະໄດ້ 1256 ຕົວ ປີກາບສະງ້າ ເດືອນ 11 ອອກໃໝ່ 2 ຄ່ຳ 12. ລິດຈະນາແລ້ວຍາມທ່ຽງ ໝາຍມີເຈົ້າຂະໜານຈັນທະປັນຍາ ມີໃຈໃສສັດທາເປັນອັນຍິ່ງ ຈິ່ງໄດ້ສ້າງ ກຳມະວາຈາ ຜູກນີ້ ໄວ້ກັບສາສະໜາພະໂຄຕະມະເຈົ້າ ຕາບຕໍ່ເທົ້າ 5 ພັນພະວັດສາ ນິບພານັງ. Folio 22 on the verso side: Dear monks and novices, my handwriting is not so beautiful, do not laugh at me, please edit when you see some mistake. In Cunlasakkarat (CS) 1256, a kap sanga year, on the second day of the waxing moon of the eleventh lunar month. The writing of this manuscript was finished at noon. Khanan (ex-monk) Chanthapanya had the most ardent religious faith to sponsor of the making of this manuscript entitled Kammavacha, to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbānaṃ.
