Description of manuscript content:
Sòng Pham (Celebration of a pavilion). The story tells of persons who are religious faithful and sponsored the building of a Pham (open pavilion) and donated to the Sangha. They will gain much merit for three eons. After the death, they will be reborn in noble families with wealth. Later, they will gain the three states of happiness including happiness in the human world, in the heavens and greatest bliss in Nibbāna.

ລານທີ່ 8 ໜ້າ 2: ລິດຈະນາແລ້ວເມື່ອເດືອນ 4 ແຮມ 9 ຄໍ່າ ປີ 1973 ພໍສໍ 2515 ໝາຍມີສາທຸພໍ່ວັນດີ ປາກແຊງ ຢູ່ທີ່ວັດພະທາດຫຼວງ ນະຄອນຫຼວງພະບາງ ເປັນຜູ້ສ້າງ ຂໍໃຫ້ອານິສົງຈົ່ງຄຳຊູຜູ້ຂ້າ ໃຫ້ໄດ້ເຖິງສຸກ 3 ປະການເທີ້ນ. Folio 8 on the verso side: The writing of this manuscript was finished on the nineth day of the waning moon of the fourth lunar month, AD 1973, BE 2515. Sathuphò (monk) Vandy from Ban Paksaeng village, who now stays at Vat That Luang, Luang Prabang is the sponsor of the making of this manuscript. May the benefit of this merit support me to reach the three states of happiness.
