The story tells sòng sim (celebration of an ordination hall). The story tells of one occasion, the Buddha was dwelling in Rajgir; King Bimbisala came and asked questions to the Buddha. The king spoke to the Buddha that the person who is faithful in the Buddha’s teachings and built the sim (ordination hall) and donated the building to the Sangha. How much merit will the person gain? Then the Buddha delivered this sermon to the king.
