The story tells about salòng pasat mai (celebration of a wooden castle). In the Buddha’s time, there was a devout man who lived in Savatthi city. The man was clever. He made a beautiful wooden castle decorated with colored glasses. He donated the castle to the Buddha and monks. After death, his pure soul was born as a devaputta named Vannaruchit in Tavatimsa heaven. He poses a golden castle with heavenly properties and is surrounded with a thousand of heavenly servants.
