Description of manuscript content:
The first part tells the story of the five Buddhas including Kukkusantho, Gonagamano, Kassapo, Gotamo and Ariya Metteyyo. The Buddhas have differences of ages and the periods their Teachings. The last part tells the Buddha’s prediction of his Teachings. After Gotama Buddha passed away for 500 years, there had no bhikkhuni (female monks), 1000 no arahants, 2000 no philosopher, 3000 no monk, 4000 nobody who observes the eight presepts, 5000 anybody who has a small piece of the yellow robe he would be respected as a monk. The next Buddha names Si Ariya Mettey.
