Description of manuscript content:
The text tells King pasenadi questioned the Buddha about what will happen with a person who rely on the Garuda? The Buddha delivered a sermon to the king and explained what to do. The people who rely on the Garuda should abstain the cutting of a big tree, speaking vulgarity during their jorney, dressing with red clothes, travelling in the east and west directions. If they transgress, they will confront with dangers and death.

Folio 19 on the recto side: Sangkat (CS) 1267, a hap mao year, on the fourteen day of the waning moon of the ninth lunar month, Thursday, the writing of this manuscript was finished at the time of the afternoon’s drum (between 13.30 – 15.00 o’clock). Chao Khun Som translated into Pali. Transcription from Thai script into Tham Lao script.
