King Nemirat had suspicion on the power of his actions of giving alms and observing precepts which one is fruitful. After the mid-night of the full-moon day, Indra came to meet the king at his bedroom and spoke to the king that the observing-precepts action is more fruitful. Even though you should not be careless in those actions, do give alms and also observe precepts.
