Description of manuscript content:
King Nemirat regularly made meditation and kept eight precepts. The king also taught his people about the way to heavens. Indra acknowledged the king’s practice, he ordered Matali Devaputta taking the king on his chariot to visit hells and heavens. First they went to hells. Matali told the king about the conditions of the creatures in the hells. Then they went to heavens. Matali also explained about the states of Devas in different heavens. Finally, the king was invited to deliver a sermon to Indra and Devas there.
