Description of manuscript content:
After giving a sermon to Indra and Devas on Tavatimsa heaven, Matali Devaputta brought King Nemirat to the human world. The king told about his experiences of visiting hells and heavens to his people. He taught them to make much merit with giving alms, observing precepts and meditating, if they want to go to heavens after they die. When the king’s hair became gray, he ordained himself as an ascetic and lived in the forest for practicing meditation and developing wisdom until the end of his life.
