The text was written in Nissaya style. First is Pali and follow by Lao words as translation or explanation. The content tells the practitioner should regularly think of death and remind them that it will come to me on one day definitely. Death comes along with birth. When we entered the wombs of our mother, death follows us from then. Our lives are like a stream which flows down from the mount to lower place. When we were born, our lives go ahead to direct to the death.
