The text was written in Nissaya style. The content tells about the happening in Buddhism. The Buddha spoke to a deva who questioned him. From the Buddhist Era 2,000 to 5,000 Novices will violate their precepts. The Teachings of the Buddha will be declined. Some novices will become silver and gold smiths, and some become thieves.
