Description of manuscript content:
This text mentions about Mahā Saṅgharāja Devaloka (the Buddha) who was knowledgeable of all three parts of the three pitaka and as well as purified of morality and was in good practice. He also had the great effort, and was the only person who opened the 84,000 Dhamma-khandha (categories of the Teachings) to his four assemblies of Buddhists consisting of Bhikkhus, Bhikkhunis, Buddhist laymen and laywomen.

Folio 13 on the recto side: In Cunlasakkarat (CS) 1220, a poek sanga year, on the third day of the waning moon of the third lunar month, Sunday, the writing of this manuscript was finished in the morning (between 7.30-9.00 o’clock). Mae Xiang Phom (mother of ex-novice Phom) had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Lam 8 Muen, to support the Teachings of the Buddha.
