The content tells that King Phommadata who ruled Phammadata city had two wives named Chanthadevi and Singkha. The king wished to have children.Thus he asked his wives to make merit and observe precepts in order to ask for blessings from gods, Indra and Brahma for children. Later, Queen Chanthadevi got pregnant with Bodhisatta. This made Princess Singkha envious. She accused the queen of committing adultery. Then, the king dispatched the queen in pregnancy by putting her on a raft and floated her on the Ganga River. At the time, Indra sent a goddess to be born from an opera flower. Her given name was Suvannaphimpha Khanun Ngio. Later, the king received her as his daughter and gave her a castle in the palace.
