The contents tells the conditions of the three worlds including Devaloka (the divine world), Manussaloka (the human world) and Apayaloka (the world of loss and woe). The creatures in these three worlds are always dominated by lust and passion. Therefore, they have birth, age, sickness and death which are called Samsara (round of rebirth). The creatures can pass over the samsara by performing prefections with giving almsgiving, keeping precepts, practicing meditation, and developing wisdom until obtaining the extinction of defilements and attaining Nirvāna.
