Description of manuscript content:

The content tells the conditions of the creatures in the hells. When bad doers die and go to hells, the hell controllers ask them “did you have a chance to listen to the preachings from the Buddha or the monks? The Buddha and the monks told you that the hells really exist. The hells are the residences of the hell creatures and are places of suffering. Why were you not afraid and did you do sin? Then the creatures are afraid and ask the hell controllers not to throw them away into the hells.
