Description of manuscript content:

On one occasion while dwelling at the Jetavana monastery, the Buddha preached to the monks. Any monk who is faithful in the Buddha’s Teachings practices loving-kindness and spreads it to other creatures he will reach Nibbana where all conditioned things are extinguished and is the greatest bliss only. Any monk who extinguishes the false view on the personality, will attain enlightenment soon. Any monk who extinguishes lust, hatred, and delusion will attain enlightenment soon. Any monk who extinguishes the Sanyojana (fetters) will pass over the Samsara (round of rebirth) and attain Nirvana.
