The text describes the Bodhipakkhiya-dhamma, the 37 virtues partaking of enlightenment which comprise of seven categories of the Dhamma as following: 1). Satipatthāna 4: The four foundations of mindfulness. 2). Sammappadhāna 4: The Four Perfect Efforts. 3). Iddhipāda 4: The Four Paths of Accomplishment. 4). Indriya 5: The Five Controlling Faculties 5). Bala 5: The Five Powers of Success. 6). Bojjhaṅga 7: The Seven enlightenment Factors. 7). Atthaṅgika-magga 8: The Noble Eightfold Path.

Phò Xiang Phou (father of ex-novice Phou) had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript 8 Muen, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years.
