Description of manuscript content:

The text contains various kinds of medical herbs and healing process. The traditional medicine and the kinds of sickness which use the specific part of a plant or tree as medicine substances for curing. On the left margins of each leaf contain the text describe the kinds of the sickness. The medical substances can use all part of a plant or tree, for instance, the root, bark, leaf, flower, fruit, seed, and so forth. This medical treatise like this mostly used by a practitioner of traditional medicine who also uses the medicine with magic spells while curing the patient.

Folio 29 on the recto side: Chan Bunthan is the scribe. He made this manuscript at Thalat Ban Pheng.
