The manuscript contains many kinds of medical herbs and healing process of illness, e.g. to cure the disease of asthma, colic, scabies, nosebleed, headache, stomachache, day or night blindness, difficult urination, blister, haggardness, the baby died in the stomach, fevers, supporting hair growth, anti-cancer and etc.

ລານທີ່ 64 ໜ້າ 1: ເມິງໃຄ້ ປີ 1947 ເດືອນ 8 ເພັງ ວັນ 4 ມື້ເຕົ່າສະງ້າ ຍາມພະດາຂຽນແຜນຢາ ຣາຄາ 15$. Folio 64 on the recto side: a moeng khai, AD 1947, on the full moon day of the eighth lunar month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), a tao sanga day. Pha (monk) Da is the scribe of this manuscript entitled Phaeng Ya. The pice is 15$
