The text mentions about the introduction for initiating of practicing kammatthana (meditation exercises). The practitioner should undertake the kammathana from the Buddha. If no the Buddha, he can undertake from the arahant. If no arahant, he can undertake from the teacher who are knowledgeable on Tripitaka. If no teacher, he can undertake from the person who refuges in Triple Gem. Finally, if no of any, he can undertake by himself.

Nibbāna paccayo hoto no niccaṃ niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ nibbanaṃ paramaṃ sukkhaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvāna, constantly and certainly, Nirvāna is the ultimate state of happiness).
