The manuscript contains texts of traditional medical treatise and how to use traditional medicine for healing is usually used by a local healer of the village. The contents include various kinds of herbs and healing process, e.g. Ya khi bò òk (medicine for curing a difficult defecation), Ya thong daeng (medicine for curing flux), Ya luk tai nai thong (medicine for curing a baby died in the stomach), Ya saduang (medicine for curing hemorrhoids), Ya ai (medicine for curing cough), Ya honchai (medicine for curing a hot heart), Ya linhot (medicine for curing a shrink tongue), Ya mo fi (medicine for curing an abscess), Ya moei (medicine for curing tired condition), Khai chep hua (fever with headache), etc…
Other notes:
The manuscript is sewn with a cotton string at the top. The front and back covers are missing. This manuscript belonged to Phò I Kòn (father of Ms. Kòn). After the death of Phò I Kòn, Mai Un used it.
