Tammat al-kitāb al-Īḍāḥ bi ‘awn al-Malik al-Wahhāb fī yawm al-Thālith ḥīna al-Ḍuḥá min shahr Sha‘bān fīsanah Jīm. Thabbatallāhu īmānana wa īmāna ābā’inā wa ummahātinā wa ustādhinā. Āmīn yā rabb al-‘ālamīn wa ghaffarallāhu dhunūbī wa dhunūbahum ma taqaddama wa mā ta’akhkhara.

The colophon is incomplete and states the day and the month while the year is only indicated with ‘jīm’. Many pages have extensive marginal and interlinear glosses in Javanese. The text is written with the use of diacritics. Some pages are damaged causing loss of text.
