Description of manuscript content:

The text mentions about Indra’s message in order to instruct the human beings in this world. The human beings should collect merit by giving alms, observing precepts, meditating, and listening to Dhamma preaching. Thiry years after the death of the Buddha, there would not have any arahants. In Sangkat (Culasakkarat) 1000, King Dhammikarat (probably mean King Asoka) would support the Teachings of the Buddha and Buddhism would have flolished. After that, it would be a dark era of the era of the devil. Only the ones who have morality would be safed.
